PRICING
- All prices stated on our website are priced in Singapore Dollars, final and non-negotiable.
- Good are not inclusive of postage. Postage charges are to be borne by the customer.
- Postage charges will vary depending on the weight of the good. Local postage rates can be found at http://www.singpost.com.sg/
- Payment must be made within 48hrs after placing your order if not it will be considered void.
- All sales are final.
- There will be no exchange / trades.
- Goods sold are non-refundable.
DELIVERY METHOD
- Normal postage
We would like to bring to your attention that we are NOT responsible for any lost of mails for the Normal Mailing.
- Registered Postage (recommended)The package will be delivered to your doorstop by the postman. Tracking number is made available. In any case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip at your doorstep and you can collect your parcel at the nearby post office.
PRODUCT
- Goods will be checked to ensure no defects before mailing. Goods will also be specially packed and carefully sealed to minimise any possible damage during the mailing process.
- Every effort has been made to display as accurately as possible, the actual colours of our products on our website. However, please be aware that colours may differ according to the individual’s monitor screen. We cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the actual product.
HANDING & MAILING
- All goods will be mailed within three working days upon payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
- We will not be responsible for any damages to goods resulting from the mailing process.
